After gatheringyour team members, please have them open the activation link in the email and click "Join." Latecomers can use the "activation link" to join the game at any time.

After all team members click "Ready" to enter the waiting room. The first player to join the team becomes the captain, who will change the team name and be responsible for starting the game.

  • Where to play? Will I receive maps in advance?
    The game route will change depending on the session. Players will see the starting area when selecting a session. After payment, you will receive the exact location of the starting point. You can view the game range on the map in the game interface.
  • Can we play if the number of participants is not 3-6 people? Are there any restrictions on gender roles?
    There are no gender restrictions for participants. 3-6 people is the optimal number of participants. If there are more than 6 people, you will need to form another team. The progress of the two teams will not be interconnected.
  • Do I need to download a game app in advance?
    No. There is no need to download an app. Use a browser to enter the game interface and start the game!
  • What should I prepare before starting the game?
    Each player should prepare a smartphone that can connect to the internet and has GPS capabilities. Please ensure that your phone has enough battery to support 90 minutes of game-play.
  • Is the game only available in Chinese?
    The game offers both Chinese and English versions, and participants can switch between them within the game.
  • Are there specific time slots for each session? When should I start the game?
    The game is divided into sessions, not time slots. The game lasts about 90 minutes. You can start the game at any time during the session from the starting point.
  • Is the event duration 90 minutes? What if we can't finish within the time limit?
    90 minutes is the estimated time to complete the entire story. The game starts at the moment you press "Start Game". If you cannot finish within the time limit, the game can still continue, so no worries.
  • I'm a beginner. Will there be staff or hosts to assist during the game?
    No. The game interface includes detailed instructions. If you encounter unsolvable puzzles, you might use in-game hints.
  • What should I do if my phone's GPS location is inaccurate?
    Please ensure your GPS function is turned on and allow your browser to use the GPS function.
  • We have used all the hints but still cannot solve the puzzle.
    Carefully review the puzzles and clues within the game, including all the visuals, content and past levels after solving puzzles. This will help you solve the current puzzle.
  • Where can I use the discount code?
